Right off the gate these whimsical melodic riffs grab you and that forms the central motif of the whole record. Dave Ohms has been releasing a torrent of fantastic records as of late and with overwhelmingly positive reviews on Progressive Astronaut and Timeless Moments, this release continues to establish Dave Ohms' place in the international progressive house scene. With DJ support from the likes of Adriatique, Laurent Garnier, & Maceo Plex, he is perfecting an otherwordly atmospheric synth sound and it is resonating with his musical friends, fans and peers. 'Bedtime Story' has a breakbeat feel to it reminiscent of the late 90's electronic movement, and a massive warbling baseline keeps the intensity going strong throughout. On the flip side is the ever prominent interpretation from Seasoned. Very much Goa inspired, almost Flouro style Perfecto releases from the 90's is the stylistic characteristics of this remix from Seasoned. Exemplary work and the overall balance on the release is very earthy and textural.
