Raymond Arthurs ‘Arrival EP’ is a brooding and introspective piece of work, with crashing arpeggiations and atonal synth warblings that really characterisize this EP. ‘Arrival’ has a washed out metallic synth vibe, with heady full on drumwork that has subtle nuances in the transition points - it is a super smooth journey, and on the B Side is the unbelievable ‘Seasoned Into Land Dub Mix’ which takes on a more techno based affair - hypnotic grooving elements trails nicely into the C Side ‘Sunday Morning’ record - floating ambiences and upper lift trajectory sets the tone for the final half finish, with the ‘Seasoned Remix’ taking on a more psychedelic progressive spin that compliments the C side wonderfully.
